BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS & ARRIVALS

To ensure every client receives the best possible experience, we kindly ask that you read the following before your appointment.

APPOINTMENTS & ARRIVAL

Please arrive on time for your appointment so we can give you the full service you’ve booked.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or cancelled to avoid impacting other clients.

PAYMENTS & CREDITS

All bookings are secured at the time of booking.

We do not offer refunds, however any eligible cancellations will be issued as a credit, which can be used toward a future appointment.

RESCHEDULING

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your appointment.

Changes made within 48 hours of your booking will result in the loss of your payment or credit.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS

If you do not attend your appointment, your booking will be forfeited.
